摘 要:伺服系统作为机载平台的重要组成机构,其电磁兼容性影响机载平台的性能。针对伺服系统产生的传导电磁干拢(EMI)噪声,利用线性阻抗稳定网络提取了传导干扰噪声,以及用散射参数法提取噪声源内阻抗。同时,还设计了一款滤波器以抑制传导干扰噪声,并根据传导(EMI)噪声生成机理,采用共模电感、贴片电容和磁珠以改进滤波器的拓扑结构。实验结果表明,采用改进后的滤波器,传导干扰噪声下降了最多30 d BμV,从而验证了方法的有效性。As an important electronics sub-system of airborne platform,the electromagnetic compatibility( EMC) of servo system can affect on the airborne platform performance. The conducted noise generated from servo system is extracted by line impedance stabilization network( LISN). The noise source impedance( NSI) is measured and calculated by employing scatter parameter method. Moreover,a novel EMI filter is proposed and designed to reduce the conducted EMI noise,whose topology is improved based on conducted EMI noise mechanism,common mode inductance,chip capacitors and magnetic beads. The experiment results show that the conducted EMI noise can be reduced 30 d BμV by using the present filter,thus its effectiveness is verified.
