关爱、自主性与二阶情感:法兰克福道德哲学对于儒家生命伦理学的一种可能借鉴

摘　　要：通过引入哈里·法兰克福道德哲学中关切、关爱与意志必然性的观念,将儒家生命伦理学所倡导的关爱观念转化为一种意志必然性概念,并指出在这种关爱的意志必然性框架下,儒家的生命伦理学可以获得一种不一样的、带有家庭关爱色彩的自主性原则。最后通过将法兰克福的二阶决断概念转化为二阶情感概念,说明了儒家生命伦理学中的关爱如何以一种与法兰克福诉诸理性反躬自省不一样的情感培育方式,塑成这种伦理学中不一样的关爱主体。By introducing the concepts of caring,love and volitional necessity in Harry Frankfurt’s moral philosophy,this paper transforms the concept of love advocated by Confucian Bioethics into the concept of volitional necessity,and argues that under this volitional framework of love,Confucian Bioethics can obtain a different principle of autonomy while keep its propositions about family love.In the end,by transforming the concept of second-order decision of Frankfurt into the concept of secondorder emotion,this paper shows how the concept of love in Confucian bioethics can shape a special ethical loving subject in an emotional cultivation way which is different from Frankfurt’s rational introspection way.
