摘 要:王阳明认为教育应以道德教化为先务。德性是在情感、行为、理智维度表现出来的整全品质,道德教化则是在道德情感、道德行为、道德理性维度开展的系统工程。道德情感以艺术熏陶来兴发更有效果,道德行为以习惯训练来培养更易成就,而道德理性则以理性思辨、克己实践来开显更为合适。在道德教化过程中,道德情感的兴发应该在先,之后道德行为的养成和道德理性的开发双管齐下、互相促进,如此才更易收获实效。王阳明的道德教化思想对当今的德育工作具有重要的启示作用。Wang Yangming believes that education should take moral education as the top priority.It may be argued that moral education should be a systematic project of moral emotion,moral behavior and moral rationality because virtue is the overall quality manifested in the dimensions of emotion,behavior and rationality.According to his opinion,it is likely to be more effective for moral emotion stimulated by aesthetic edification,for cultivating moral behavior with habit training and developing with rational thinking.In the process of moral education,the development of moral emotion should come first,then the cultivation of moral behavior and the development of moral rationality should be combined to promote each other,so as to make practical achievements more easily.Wang Yangming’s thought of moral education has an important enlightening effect on moral education nowadays.
