摘　　要：螺旋输送机在食品输送行业中有着广泛的应用 ,是食品机械的重要组成部分 ,由于其先进的设计思想和良好的输送性能 ,使得螺旋输送机在国民经济许多领域中都发挥着重要的作用。我们将此类食品机械的设计思想运用在化工行业 ,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。由于输送介质的特殊性 ,我们在螺旋输送机的设计中进行了必要的改进。本文介绍了化工改造中用到的化工用螺旋输送机的设计过程和对不足的改造 。Conveying Screw is widely used in carrying food ,is an important part of food machinery. Because of advanced design idea and good conveying capability ,Conveying Screw has an important effect on many parts of internal economic .It was used in chemical industry and has gain favorable social benefit and economical benefit .Due to the specialty of its conveying medium, we make some necessary transform during the designing of conveying screw.The article shows the design course of chemical industry used conveying screw in chemical transform, the way to transform the lack, and also provide the reference of this side of design with the experience from the actural production.
