摘　　要：介绍知识联盟的概念、特征,认为知识联盟管理的重点是对联盟的人力资源管理和组织学习的管理。Knowledge alliances management, which acts as an effective approach to improve enterprise competitive power, has aroused much attention from people. This paper analyzes the concept, characteristics of knowledge alliances and regards that its management emphasis should lay on the management of human resources and organizational learning.
