摘　　要：裁决书的制作是仲裁活动中最为重要的内容,本文在分析裁决书价值的基础上,剖析了目前裁决书制作存在的问题,并探讨了如何改进裁决书的制作,以提高裁决书的制作水平。The making of arbitration awards plays a significant role in the arbitration course.Base on the analysis on the legal value of arbitral awards and the arbitration practice,this article discusses how to standardize the making of the arbitral awards from six aspects so as to improve the making of arbitral awards.
