摘　　要：仲裁的过程是全面、客观地审查核实证据材料的过程,是判断证据证明力的过程。因此要使裁决论理充分,说理透彻,就必须在裁决书中全面反映仲裁案件审理过程中对证据的举证、质证和认证过程,并且在表述中要做到具体、明确、清晰。The process of arbitration is the one which examines and verifies the evidence and judges the probative force of evidence.Therefore,to make the arbitral awards'reasoning thoroughly and profoundly,the producing,challenging and attesting of the evidence should be reflected in the arbitral awards,the expression should be specific as well.
