摘　　要：本文探讨了仲裁裁决书通俗化的意义,裁决书通俗化与法律文书应有的法律权威性如何协调,以及通俗化的实践与创新等问题。作者的主要观点是:仲裁制度的核心是平等友好,因此仲裁裁决书应该朝着通俗化方向努力,使其具有亲和力和可读性。This article discusses the significance of popularization of arbitral awards,and how to balance between the popularization and the authority of the arbitral awards,and the current practice and innovation for the arbitral awards to be popular.The main opinion is:The arbitral awards should make great efforts to be popular.
