摘 要:建立了液相色谱分离、在线同时测定蜂蜜中果糖、葡萄糖、二糖、三糖δ13C的方法。通过优化,确定最佳的样品预处理与仪器测定条件,对质控蜂蜜样品在三个月内测定65次的实验数据统计分析,果糖、葡萄糖、二糖、三糖的δ13C值标准偏差为0.1~0.5‰,完全满足蜂蜜中各糖组分δ13C值的检测要求。对我国26个省及地区、20个不同蜜种385个纯正蜂蜜样品测定蜂蜜、蛋白质、果糖、葡萄糖、二糖、三糖的δ13C值,得到纯正蜂蜜各组分Δδ13C分布区间:果糖和葡萄糖δ13C的差值(Δδ13Cfru-glu)=±1.0‰、蛋白质和蜂蜜δ13C的差值(Δδ13Cp-h)≥-1.0‰、各组分δ13C的最大差值(Δδ13Cmax.)=±2.1‰。该方法样品预处理简单、结果准确、重现性好,适合高通量蜂蜜样品糖组分δ13C值的快速测定,为提高我国蜂产品质量,鉴别蜂蜜掺假提供技术手段。An on-line liquid chromatography isotope ratio mass spectrometry method was developed for simultaneously determination of δ13C values of fructose,glucose,di-and trisaccharide in honey.By optimization,the methods of sample preparation and instrument analysis were selected.The statistics analysis of the data from 65 quality-control honey samples measured within 3 months showed that,the standard divisions of δ13C for fructose,glucose,di-and trisaccharide were 0.1~0.5‰,which could meet the requirement for the determination of δ13C values for sugar compounds.We assayed the δ13C values of fructose,glucose,di-and trisaccharide from 26 provinces,20 different honey species and 385 pure honeys.The distributions of δ13C values of sugar compounds in pure honey were:δ13Cfru-glu=±1.0‰,δ13Cp-h≥-1.0‰,δ13Cmax.= ±2.1‰.The method has the advantages of simple sample-preparation,accurate determination and good repeatability,and is suitable for the rapid and high-throughput determine the δ13C values of sugar compounds in honey samples.It is a useful technical tool to improve quality and detect adulteration for Chinese honey products.
