摘  要:Human interferon γ(IFN-γ)differs from IFN-α and IFN-β in its gene structure and bio-logical activities,especially in its more active immunoregulating function.Mature IFN-γ iscomposed of 143 amino acids.It was reported that if C-terminal 13 acids of IFN-γ were de-leted,its antiviral activity was 1000 fold lower than that of the intact molecule.In the pre-
