摘  要:我国商业银行为了成功应对加入WTO ,近年来相继建立和推行了客户经理制度。但由于商业银行对客户经理制度的认识和理解不深 ,制度安排上存在着缺陷 ,导致客户经理制度难以发挥应有的功能。本文主要从客户经理制度的内涵、功能出发 ,分析我国商业银行客户经理制度的缺陷 ,探索我国商业银行客户经理制度的有效性安排。To cope with the challenge caused by entering the WTO, our country's commercial banks have set up and performed the customer manager system in the past few years. As the shallow recognition and understanding of the customer manager system and the defect in the arrangement in our country's commercial banks, the customer manager system failed to play its role. Starting from the customer manager system's connotation and function, this article analyzes the defect of the customer manager system in our country's commercial banks, and explores the effective arrangement for the customer manager system in our country's commercial banks.
