草灌乔结合是黄河上中游地区水保生态建设的好形式

摘　　要：草灌乔结合是水土保持植物措施的基本特征 ,符合黄河上中游地区的自然规律和经济规律 ,能发挥更强的防护功能 ,产生更好的经济效果。黄河上中游地区的水土保持生态建设 ,应本着种草起步、草灌先行、草灌乔结合的原则进行治理开发。草灌乔的结合应因时因地采用划管封育、草田轮作、林 (果 )草 (粮 )间作套种等多种适宜的形式 。Management and Monitoring Bureau of Soil and Water Conservation of the Yellow River,Suide,Shaanxi,718000) The combination of grass,shrubs and arbor is the basic characteristic of plant measures for soil and water conservation,conforms to the nature law and economic law of the upper and middle reaches area of the Yellow River and can achieve greater protection function and economic effects.The ecological construction of soil and water conservation in the upper and middle reaches area of the Yellow River should be managed and developed based on the principles of planting grass first,then grass and shrubs and combining grass,shrubs and arbor trees together.The combination of grass,shrubs and arbor should be conducted by various suitable forms of closing hillsides to facilitate afforestation,adopting rotation of grass and crops and intercropping and interplanting of trees/fruits trees and grass/crops and bring the tremendous potentialities of keeping soil and water into fully play.
