一个新希夫碱的合成、晶体结构及抑菌活性

摘　　要：合成了一个新型希夫碱 ,测定了该化合物的晶体结构 :单斜晶系 ,空间群P2 1/n ,a =13 32 56 ,b =6 9775 ,c=13 94 0 2 ,α =90° ,β =113 881° ,γ =90° ,V =1185 18( ) 3 ,Z =4 ,Dc =1 5 2 4g/cm3 ,R =0 0 73。抑菌试验表明 :该希夫碱对金黄色葡萄球菌有深度的抑制作用。The new Schiff base was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,IR and 1H NMR.The crystal structure of the title compound was determined by the X ray diffraction.It was crystallized in the monoclinic,space group P2 1/n, a =13 325 6 ?, b =6 977 5 ?, c =13 940 2 ?, α =90°, β =113 881°, γ =90°, Z =4, R =0 073.Antibacterial experimental results showed the compound was very active against Staphylococcus aureus.
