摘　　要：给出了最佳同时逼近的特征定理，并由此导出了最佳同时逼近的交错定理和强唯一性定理。A characterization theorem for best simultaneous approximation is given,from which alternation theorem and a strong uniquenss theorem for best simultaneous approximations are derived.
