摘　　要：目的 :探讨高强度超声 (HIU)治疗移植性子宫内膜 VX2肿瘤对荷瘤兔免疫功能的影响。方法 :30只新西兰大白兔于子宫内膜移植肿瘤后 4天随机分为 3组 :HIU组、手术组和假照组实验兔各 1 0只 ,于治疗后 4周MTT法测定各组兔外周血淋巴细胞毒活性及淋巴细胞转化率。结果 :HIU组外周血淋巴细胞毒性及淋巴细胞转化功能明显高于手术组 (P<0 .0 5)和假照组 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论Objective:To evaluate the effects of HIU on the immunological function of the tumor beared rabbits.Methods:Thirty rabbits,4 days after the transplantation of an endometrial tumor,were randomly divided into three groups:the HIU group(n=10), the surgery group( n =10) and the control group ( n =10). The cytotoxicity and SI of lymphocytes in these three groups were examined by MTT after four weeks of treatment.Results:The cytotoxicity and SI of lymphocytes were significantly higher in the HIU group than that in the surgery group( P <0 05) and the control group( P <0 01).Conclusions:HIU therapy might increase the host immunological functions.
