高职双师素质师资队伍建设的探讨

摘　　要：双师素质师资队伍建设是提高高职高专教育教学质量的关键因素。本文从分析双师素质教师的含义及其应具备的条件入手,探讨建立双师素质师资队伍的必要性、师资来源及培养途径。同时指出,加强双师素质教师队伍建设,必须加强领导,提供相关政策支持。It is the key factor for improving the teaching quality in higher vocational schools to con struct'double type'teaching staff.Beginning with analysing the intension of'double type'teacher and the conditions,the article explores the necessity to construct'double type'teaching staff,the sources of teaching staff and the paths to develop,and then points out we must strenght en leading,gain related policy support so as to enhance the construction of'double type'teaching staff.
