摘  要:目的 了解锦州市小学生的膳食结构及现时营养状况。方法 随机整群抽取锦州市 2所小学四~六年级 1 1 50名小学生 ,进行饮食行为调查和体格检查。结果  96 .9%的小学生有每天吃早餐的习惯 ,但早餐质量较差 ,主要以淀粉类食物为主 ;动物性食物及奶、豆制品的摄入水平偏低 ;吃零食现象较为普遍 ,且所吃零食主要是能量高、营养价值低的食物。营养不良及超重、肥胖学生的比例较高 ,分别占调查学生总数的 2 2 .2 %和 2 4 .8%。结论 锦州市小学生膳食结构不甚合理 ,营养状况离平衡膳食相差甚远 ,应逐步改进。Objective To understand dietary constituents and to evaluate nutritional status of primary school students in Jinzhou.Methods A cluster random sample of 1150 students at the 4-6 grades was drawn, their dietary and anthropometric data were collected.Results The percentage of pupils who ate breakfast every day was 96.9%, but the nutrition quality of foods consumed in breakfast was poor, the main foods in breakfast were amyloid cereals. The consumption of animal foods, milk and milk products, soybean products were significantly lower than the national recommendations. The consumption of snacks was common, which were high calorie, low nutrient dense foods such as ice creak and jelly. The proportion of malnutrition, supernutrition including overweight and obesity were 22.2% and 24.8%.Conclusions The students in Jinzhou have unreasonable dietary constituents, their nutritional status is improper, and so their dietary patterns should be adjusted.
