摘　　要：学习个体之间的差异包括观念、情感状态、动机、个性、年龄、学习能力、学习风格与策略、性别等范畴。这些范畴的变量能直接影响到第二语言学习的进程。应针对学习者的个体差异 ,建立一套完整的第二语言学习的理论体系 ,以指导和促进学习个体有效地。Individual learner differences consist of such categories as beliefs, affective states, motivation, personality, age, learning competence, learning style and strategy, and sex. The variables in the categories may exert a direct impact on the process of second language learning. With a regard to individual learner differences, a complete theoretical framework of the second language learning should be established in the hope of instructing and promoting the individual learner to learn the second language effectively and successfully.
