黧蒴栲壳棕色素的性能研究

摘　　要：采用溶剂浸提法从黧蒴栲果皮中提取到了一种天然棕色色素 ,然后对其基本性能进行试验研究。结果表明 ,黧蒴栲壳棕色素具有良好的溶解性、光热稳定性、酸碱稳定性和耐氧化性 ,对还原剂也有一定的稳定性。对Fe2 + 、Fe3 + 、Al3 + 和Cu2 + 敏感 ,而Zn2 +A kind of brown coloring matter was extracted from skin of castanopsis fissa seed by using organic solvent,and its essential properties were investigated.The results indicated that the brown pigment had good solubility,acidic and alkaline stability,light resistance,heat resistance,antioxidative ability and a certain extent of antireductive ability.The brown pigment was sensitive to metalion such as Fe 2+ ,Fe 3+ ,Al 3+ andCu 2+ .But Zn 2+ had no obvious effect on brown pigment solution.
