摘  要:为了研究作为精密机床床身基础构件的混合纤维增强树脂矿物复合材料的性能,以钢纤维质量分数、丝瓜络纤维质量分数、钢纤维长径比为考察因素,采用正交试验设计方法开展16组钢–丝瓜络纤维混合增强树脂矿物复合材料试件压缩强度与阻尼比测试试验。结果表明,钢纤维质量分数对材料压缩强度的影响最大,丝瓜络纤维质量分数对材料阻尼比的影响最大。随着丝瓜络纤维的添加,试件压缩强度与阻尼比均出现先增大后减小的趋势,当丝瓜络纤维质量分数达到0.1%时,试件的压缩强度为98.095 0 MPa,阻尼比为0.172 7。钢纤维添加量与试件压缩强度呈线性递增趋势,且当钢纤维质量分数达到0.4%时,试件阻尼比达到最大值,为0.170 7,当钢纤维质量分数为0.8%时,试件的整体性能最优。当钢纤维长径比为60时,试件的压缩强度为100.063 0 MPa,阻尼比为0.170 9。混合纤维增强树脂矿物复合材料的最佳组分为:丝瓜络纤维质量分数0.1%,钢纤维质量分数0.8%,钢纤维长径比60。In order to study the properties of precision lathe machine bed manufactured by resin mineral composites,with theinfluence factors of steel fiber mass fraction,luffa fiber mass fraction and steel fiber length-diameter ratio,16 groups tests of theproperties of compressive strength and damping ratio of resin mineral composites reinforced by mixed steel and luffa fibers werecarried out through orthogonal experiment. The results reveal that steel fiber mass fraction has the most significant influence on compressivestrength and luffa fiber mass fraction has major influence on damping ratio. With the addition of loofah fiber,compressivestrength and damping ratio of the specimen increasing first,and then decreasing. When the mass fraction of luffa fiber is 0.1%,thecompressive strength is 98.095 0 MPa,damping ratio is 0.172 7. The steel fiber content and compressive strength of the specimenshave linearly increasing trend. When the mass fraction of steel fiber is 0.4%,the damping ratio become 0.170 7. The specimen has theoptimal properties when the mass fraction of steel fiber is 0.8%. When the length-diameter ratio of steel fiber is 60,the specimen’scompressive strength is 100.063 0 MPa,and the damping ratio is 0.170 9. The suitable constitute of mixed fiber reinforced resin mineralcomposite material are 0.1% mass fraction of luffa fiber,0.8% mass fraction of steel fiber and 60 length-diameter ratio of steelfiber.
