摘  要:目的:探讨团队协作式培训模式在急诊临床教学中的运用价值。方法:将临床实习生120例分为两组。对试验组给予团队协作式培训,对照组给予传统教学,比较两组急诊急救技能培训理论考试成绩及技能操作考试成绩。结果:培训后,两组急诊急救理论考试成绩较培训前高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。培训后,试验组急诊急救理论考试成绩高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组培训后急救技能操作考核成绩均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:团队协作式培训提高了急诊临床教学的整体效能,教学效果显著高于传统教学法。Objective:To explore the application value of teamwork training in clinical emergency teaching.Methods:120 cases of clinical trainees were divided into two groups.The patients in the experimental group were given teamwork training.The patients in the control group were given the traditional teaching.The theory test scores and skills operation test scores of emergency first aid skills training between groups were compared.Results:After training,the theory test scores of emergency first aid skills in both two groups were higher than before the training,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).After training,the theory test scores of emergency first aid skills in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The first aid skills operation test scores of the experimental group after training were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Teamwork training improved the overall effectiveness of clinical emergency teaching and the teaching effect was significantly higher than that of the traditional teaching method.
