纤维桩与铸造金属桩在口腔修复中的临床效果对比

摘　　要：目的:探讨纤维桩与铸造金属桩在口腔修复中的临床效果。方法:收治口腔修复患者60例,分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予铸造金属桩治疗,观察组给予玻璃纤维桩治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果:观察组修复成功率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组出现边缘密合度不佳2颗,对照组出现桩核折断2颗、边缘密合度不佳4颗,桩冠松动脱落4例。结论:口腔修复患者采用玻璃纤维桩,临床治疗效果较高。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of fiber post and cast metal post in oral restoration.Methods:60 cases of patients with oral restoration were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with cast metal post.The observation group was treated with glass fiber post.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The restoration success rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The restoration failure rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of glass fiber post treating patients with oral restoration was better.
