中职院校培育“工匠精神”的重要性及其途径分析

摘　　要：职业教育在我国已取得一定发展.但是伴随着工匠精神再次发掘,人们发现学校在培养学生"工匠精神"方面存在巨大的缺失,中职院校尤为严重.因此,结合工匠精神内涵,从分析培育工匠精神的影响因素出发,探讨中职院校培育工匠精神的重要性,并为其发展寻求有效途径.Vocational education has grown fairly well in China. Nevertheless, as more and more importance is attached to craftsman spirit, people begin to find there is severe vacancy in cultivating students’ craftsmen’s spirit at school, with junior vocational schools in particular. Therefore, combining the connotations of craftsmen’s spirit and starting with different factors influencing this practice, this paper discuses the importance of cultivating craftsmen’s spirit in junior vocational schools and puts forward some approaches to this problem.
