摘 要:本科毕业生的职业技能水平在很大程度上决定其就业水准。团队提出基于职业技能提升的环境工程实践教学模式,经过几年的探索实践,取得了令人满意的成果。该模式以学科建设和专业建设协同发展作为指导思想,从"基础实践、综合实践、工程实践、创新实践"四个层次展开,在实施过程中,强化理论知识体系、尝试技术方法实施,并在毕业设计环节充分演练实践技能。团队毕业生的职业技能获得很大提升,并表现出较好的就业竞争力。The vocational skills of the undergraduate graduates play an important role in the employment. The practice teaching mode of environmental engineering is developed to improve the vocational skills. Exploration and practice achieve some satisfactory achieve-ments during several years. The guiding ideology is the collaborative development of discipline construction and specialty construction.Practice teaching mode has been developed from basic practice, comprehensive practice, engineering practice and innovation practice.Students are leaded to strengthen the theoretical knowledge system, try to implement the technical method, and to fully exercise the practice skills in the graduation design process. Results show that the graduates’ vocational skills have been greatly improved, and the employment competitiveness is stronger than others outside the team.
