摘　　要：隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤是累及真皮层,来源于纤维细胞的皮肤和皮下组织的低度恶性肿瘤。巨大隆凸性皮肤纤维肉瘤更是少见,近15年来国内文献上仅见少量病例报道,本文将该例病例的治疗经过、手术心得及术后护理要点报道如下。Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans is a low potential malignancy tumor which involved the dermis and secretedby fibroblasts skin and subcutaneous tissue.Huge dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans is a rare presentation. There was a fewreported cases in the domestic literature in recent 15 years. We will report the case of the treatment, the key points of operationresult and postoperative nursing points.
