摘  要:本文对"电子材料与元器件"课程性质进行了描述,并对教材内容的选取以及教学方法改革进行了讨论。笔者在教学改革中大幅度增强了半导体材料、光电子材料与器件、敏感陶瓷材料与器件内容,增加了化合物晶体的缺陷化学的教学内容,减少了磁性材料与器件的内容。参考教材内容的选择以课程体系完整性为前提,结合国内外研究动态、应用前景及发展趋势,并考虑教学单位及教师的研究特长以及电子科学与技术专业毕业生就业需求等多方面因素。The nature of "Electronic Materials and Component" course have been described in this paper. The selectionof the teaching content for "Electronic Materials and Componet"course and teaching method are discussed. Thecontents relating to semiconductor,optoelectronic materials and component,sensitive ceramic materials and devices areenhanced greatly. The compound crystal defect chemistry is added to the teaching content,the content of magnetic materialsand devices are reduced. Choices of the teaching content are based on the premise of curriculum system integrity,combining with the overseas research developments,application prospect and development tendency,simultaneously inconsideration of the research skill of the teacher as well as the employment needs for the graduates of electronic scienceand technology specialty and so on.
