摘　　要："互联网+"对金融产业产生了颠覆式的影响。这些影响通过金融产业对人才的需求传导到了金融学教学和人才培养中来,尤其是实践教学活动受到了诸如:实践教学落后于产业发展、实践方式碎片化过载、实践风险异常突出、综合跨领域实践成为可能等挑战。基于此,本文在综合分析"互联网+"的影响和挑战的基础上,提出了金融学专业教师发展自己实践教学能力的新趋势和方向。"Internet+"makes finance industry changed profoundly. Those changes deeplyaffect the teaching and the personnel training of finance by demand of talented person of financial industry especially affect the practical teaching activities. For example,practical teaching lagged behind the development of the financialindustry,the practical teaching mode is overload of fragment,the risk of practical teaching is prominent,comprehensive interdisciplinary practices become possible. So,this paper based on the comprehensive analysis of the impacts and challenges of the "Internet +" proposed the new trends and directions of developing the finance professional teachers' practical teaching ability.
