摘　　要：我国医学留学生教育规模逐年扩大,如何做好临床教育始终是承担医学留学生教育工作者所要思考的问题。本文就留学生带教工作中的语言沟通、教材不统一及文化差异等问题进行分析,提出相应的对策,旨在更好为留学生临床实习带教工作服务。The enrollment of international medical students has been expanding.How to improve the clinical medical education deserves the consideration of those who undertake the responsibility for international students.This paper discusses the problems of language communication,no unified textbook and cultural differences,and raises corresponding coutermeasures to the existing issues to better educate international interns.
