摘 要:分子生物学和基因工程是高等院校生物工程和生物技术专业的重要专业基础课。分子生物学是基因工程的理论基础。基因工程又是对分子生物学理论的实践,这两门课程的实践教学相辅相成。传统的实践教学,这两门课程分别设立各自的课内小实验,不仅分散重复,而且教学效果较差。笔者结合多年理论教学和实践教学的经验,探讨了提高这两门课程实践教学效果的方法。Molecular biology and Genetic engineering are the basic specialty classes for bachelors of biological engineering and technology major.Molecular biology is the theoretical foundation of the Genetic engineering;Genetic Engineering brings the theory of the Molecular biology into practice.So,the practice teaching of these two courses complements each other.There are only two or three little experiments in the old practice teaching of these two courses,which is disperse and repetitive,resulting in poor effect.In this paper,we discuss the innovation of the practice teaching of Molecular biology and Genetic engineering according to our experience of the theory and practice teaching for years.
