摘  要:近年来,各大高校一直强调要加强本科教学管理工作,提高本科教学管理水平,但实际过程中,教师的教学疲惫现象频繁出现,学生的学习兴趣也不够浓,本科教学管理具体工作中的问题也不断凸显。本文从出现这些问题的表象出发,探究其根源,从本科教学质量报告分析着手,从实践中指出本科教学管理存在的问题,并提出相关的对策和建议,以加强高水平特色大学的建设,提高高校核心竞争力。In recent years,the university has stressed the need to strengthen undergraduate teaching management,improving undergraduate teaching management level,but in the actual process,teacher's teaching tired phenomenon of student's learning interest is not strong enough,the undergraduate teaching management work in the problem have been highlighted.From the appearance of these problems and exploring the causes,researchers takes the undergraduate teaching quality analysis report,points out the problems of undergraduate teaching management,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the construction of university high level characteristics,improving the core competitiveness of colleges and universities.
