摘 要:现今,伴随网络技术的飞速发展,我国的网络学习的速度也是十分惊人。但是,相对于其它的教育形式来讲,网络教育的起步较晚,因而也就面临较多的问题。在当前的网络教学活动中,对于影响远程学习者学习绩效、学习者的学习意志力,以及学习者的学习障碍等影响网络学习的"软件"因素考虑较少。本文从网络环境下有效学习的特点、影响远程学习者网上有效学习的因素两方面对影响远程学习者的有效学习的相关因素进行一定的探讨与分析,期望可以为网络学习者更加有效的学习提供一定的理论依据。Nowadays, with the rapid development of network technology, the speed of China's network learning is breathtaking.However, compared to other forms of education, network education started late, so it faces many problems. In the current network teaching activities, the influence of distance learners' learning performance, learning willpower, and the "software" factors of network learning are considered less. In this paper, the factors that affect the effective learning of distance learners are discussed and analyzed from two aspects:the characteristics of effective learning in the network environment and the factors that affect the effective learning of distance learners. It expects to provide a theoretical basis for network learners to learn more effectively.
