摘  要:高等职业院校人才培养模式的构建是高等职业教育的基本问题,也是高等职业院校生存和发展的关键环节。很多高职院校在人才培养模式与办学模式和教学模式的界限上往往难于厘清,从而导致人才培养模式概念上的混乱,影响了高职院校人才培养模式的科学构建,须引起高度重视并加以探索。由此,构建了"双重身份,校企共育"的新型人才培养模式,并进行了探索与实践。The design of talent cultivation mode is a fundamental question in higher vocational education and is about the survival and development of higher vocational colleges, many of whom, however, cannot clarify the boundaries between talent cultivation mode, school system and teaching model. This brings confusions to the conception of talent cultivation mode, leaves negative effects on the scientific construction of it, and hence requires highest attention and exploration. The purpose of this article is to explore a new talent cultivation mode of“ double role and joint training”.
