班级团体辅导对大学新生学校适应的影响

摘　　要：通过前测,选取学校适应方面同质性高的两个新生班级,分别作为实验组和对照组.对实验组按照自行制定的团辅方案,进行了6次班级团体辅导.结果表明,班级团体辅导能够提高大学新生的学校适应能力,是帮助大学新生尽快地较好地适应大学新生活的一种有效方法.Through the previous test,two new classes of high homogeneity in school adaptation were selected as experi-mental group and control group.For the experimental group,the group counseling of the six activities was carried out according to the group assistant program.The results show,the class group counseling can affect and improve the school adaptability of college fresh-man .It is an effective method that can help college students better adapt to the university’s new life as soon as possible.
