摘　　要：地方特色文化是满足社区居民文化需要的重要内容,社区教育是实现这种文化需求满足的重要途径。当前,地方特色文化在社区教育中得到不同程度的开发与利用,但仍存在不少问题。社区教育要充分重视和挖掘地方特色文化,开发地方特色文化课程,整合和理顺社区教育主体的关系,建构地方特色文化社区教育师资资源库,让地方特色文化助力社区教育发展,社区教育实现地方文化自觉,推动新时期文化繁荣和社会经济的可持续发展。The local characteristic culture is an important content to meet the needs of the local community residents at all levels. And the community education is an important approach to meet the demand of the culture. Now the local culture in the community education has been developed and utilized in different levels, but still needs full recognition and development, the local characteristic culture of community education needs to be improved to promote the cultural prosperity and the sustainable development of social economy.
