数字化学习资源的创新建设及应用探析

摘　　要：随着现代信息技术的广泛应用和教育理念的深入发展,构建终身教育服务体系和学习型社会已成为必然趋势。本文以开放大学的建设为起点和契机,综合分析国内外数字化学习资源的建设情况,针对当前资源建设存在的问题,从组建资源建设团队、汇聚优秀教师、标准化设计、模块化设计、过程化管理、知识产权共享协议等六个方面进行了探索与研究,以求创新数字化学习资源的建设及应用。With the extensive application of modern information technology and further development of educational philosophy, it is a must to establish a life - long educational system and a learning society. This paper starts from the building of Open Universities, then gives an comprehensive analysis on the construction of domestic and international digital learning resources, and studies the existed problem from the six factors: team building, excellent teachers, standardized design, modular design, process management and intellectual property sharing agreements, thus to innovate the construction and application of digital learning resources.
