五年制高职电子商务专业实践能力培养改革探析

摘　　要：伴随着电子商务产业的快速增长,电子商务人才需求激增,然而五年制高职电子商务专业学生实践能力的培养结果却不能满足企业的要求,导致学生存在毕业即失业的现象。该文分析了电子商务行业对于人才的需求,五年制高职电子商务专业人才培养目标的定位,指出了现行实践能力培养方案的不足,并在此基础上从确立职业发展目标、建立社团组织、引入实战平台和开展校企合作4个方面提出了改革建议。Along with the rapid growth of e-commerce industry, the demand for e-commerce talents is increasing rapidly.However,theresults of the five-year vocational e-commerce students’practical ability can’t meet the requirements of enterprises,resulting in thephenomenon of graduate’s unemployment.This paper analyzes the demand of e-commerce industry for talented person,the orientation ofthe five-year higher vocational e-commerce professional training objectives,points out the shortcomings of the current practical abilitytraining program,and thenput forward the reform proposal in the following aspects including establishment of career development goals,establishment of community organizations,import of practical platform and school-enterprise cooperation.
