团队教学法在工程合同管理教学中的应用

摘　　要：以工程管理专业本科生作为调研对象,采用团队教学方法(Team-Based Learning),对高校工程合同管理课程教学模式进行改革试验。研究结果显示,从学生对工程合同管理课程的满意度考察,团队教学法明显优于传统工程合同管理课程教学模式,有效地激发了学生对案例辨析的积极性,同时有利于学生学习能力的全面提升,更深层次探索团队教学法在工程合同管理教学中的教学效果。This paper take undergraduate students of engineering management as the research object, We use Team-Based learning to reform experiment teaching model of College of engineering contract management curriculum. The result tell us that from students on the courseof project contract management satisfaction investigation, team teachingmethod is obviously superior to the traditional engineering contractmanagement course teaching mode, it can eff ectively developedthe enthusiasm of the students of case analysis, and is conducive to the all-round improvement of the students’ learning ability and deeper exploration team teaching method in the teaching of engineering contract management of teaching eff ectiveness.
