摘  要:目的探讨如何将职业道德教育融入外科护理教学中。方法通过对外科护理教学职业道德教育现状的分析,提出针对性意见,把握处理好教学过程中渗透职业道德教育的"点""时""度"的关系,潜移默化、合理适度地进行职业道德教育。结果加强思想道德、人文素养教育,能促进技术技能培养,全面提高人才培养质量。结论护理专业学生在校期间,不但要掌握专业知识,还需要重视职业道德教育的培养。希望通过把专业课和职业道德教育有机结合,培养德才兼备、全面发展的优秀毕业生。Objective: To investigate how to fuse the occupation moral education into the teaching of surgical nursing. Methods:Through analysis of the current situation of occupation moral education of surgical nursing teaching, put forward specific opinions,grasp the relationship of the above two aspects in the teaching process, subliminally and reasonably conduct the occupation moral education.Results: To strengthen the ideological and moral, humanistic quality education, can promote technical skills training, and improve the quality of personnel training. Conclusion: The nursing students, during their campus life, should not only master the professional knowledge, but also need pay attention to the training of occupation moral education. Through the organic connection between professional courses and occupation moral education, we hope to cultivate the excellent graduates who is all-round developped at both ability and political integrity.
