摘 要:审视当前的教育公平研究,发现其侧重点在教育正义。考察公平和正义有两点发现:一是教育公平的理论探讨需要回归到公平本身;二是需要提出作为正义的教育公平,以求得公平和正义在教育公平中的融和。从教育目的和人性认识两方面分析发现:作为正义的教育公平具有教育正义公平和教育本体公平的双重意蕴。实现教育公平,有三条基本方略:保证和尊重受教育者的积极发展是教育公平的底线;保证受教育者的权利、机会平等和尊严是教育正义公平的基本条件;教育者的责任感和因材施教是教育本体公平的基本要求。社会和教育者在教育公平中都扮演着重要角色。Overview of current studies shows their focuses have been on educational justice. After examining the relationship between fairness and justice, two points are shown: 1)Arguments on educational fairness needs to be returned to fairness itself. 2)Educational fairness as justice needs to be proposed for combining fairness and justice in educational fairness. Analysis from the perspective of educational and humanity shows that educational fairness as justice includes fairness of educational justice and that of education itself. To achieve educational fairness, three strategies are demanded. Firstly, ensuring students’positive growth is the bottom line for it. Secondly, ensuring people’s dignity, opportunities and rights to education is the basic conditions for fairness of educational justice. Thirdly, educators’ obligation and instiuction according to aptitudes is required for fairness of education. Both educators and society are of importance in educational fairness.
