摘 要:通过使用霉菌(黑根霉、黑曲霉、青霉、白地霉)和酵母菌(拟内孢霉酵母、产朊假丝酵母)两类菌种对马铃薯废水的处理效果进行实验研究,确定处理效果最佳的菌株为青霉菌和拟内孢霉酵母菌,发酵时间为5,d。通过正交实验得出,在50,m L马铃薯废水中分别接入2%,青霉菌和3%,拟内孢霉酵母菌后处理6,d,最终将马铃薯废水的COD值由16,286降至6,216,去除率为62.38%,。两种菌的添加量对COD去除率影响较大,呈负相关性。处理天数对COD去除率影响较小,呈正相关性。An experimental study was carried out to test potato wastewater treatment effect by using two strains,including moulds(Rhizopus nigricans,Aspergillus niger,Penicillium and Geotrichum candidum)and yeasts(Endomycopsis and Candida utilis).Penicillium and Endomycopsis yeast were proved as the strains with best treatment effect.The fermentation time of Penicillium and Endomycopsis yeast was 5,days.The orthogonal test indicates that the COD value of 50,mL potato wastewater decreased from 16,286,to 6,216 and the removal rate reached 62.38%, after the wastewater treated by 2%, Penicillium and 3%, Endomycopsis yeast for 6,days respectively.It shows that the quantity of the two strains has a great influence on the COD removal rate and it presents a negative correlation.In contrast,days of treatment has a smaller influence on COD removal rate and it presents a positive correlation.
