摘 要:为明确妊娠母鼠添加饲喂叶黄素对初生仔鼠免疫功能的影响,对妊娠母鼠添加饲喂叶黄素后检测母鼠产前14 d内体质量变化、母鼠产前第14天至产后第14天日采食量变化、仔鼠出生后14 d内体质量变化以及出生第7天和第14天仔鼠血清、胃内容物和粪便中免疫球蛋白A(immunoglobulin A,Ig A)和免疫球蛋白G(Ig G)含量变化。结果表明:母鼠体质量、母鼠日采食量、仔鼠出生后6 d的体质量均没有显著变化(P>0.05);实验组仔鼠出生后7~14 d的体质量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,实验组仔鼠出生第7天和第14天血清中和胃内容物中Ig G含量均显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),而粪便中Ig G含量与对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05);实验组仔鼠第7天和第14天胃内容物中Ig A含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),而血清和粪便中Ig A含量虽呈升高趋势,但与对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。实验结果说明给妊娠母鼠饲喂叶黄素可以增强初生仔鼠的免疫能力。This study was conducted to ascertain the effect of maternal dietary lutein on immune function in newborn mice. For this purpose, we measured changes in body weight in pregnant mice within 14 days before delivery, their dailyfeed intake between 14 days before and after delivery and body weight in their offsprings within 14 days after birth, andthe concentrations of IgA and IgG in serum, stomach contents and feces of 7-day-old and 14-day-old neonates. The resultsshowed that there were no significant differences in maternal body weight and daily feed intake and body weight in neonateswithin 6 days after birth between the experimental and control groups (P > 0.05). But body weight in neonates from theexperiment group between 7 and 14 days after birth was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Incontrast to the control group, IgG concentration in serum and stomach contents of 7-day-old and 14-day-old neonates inthe experiment group increased markedly (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). There was no significant difference in IgG concentrationin feces (P > 0.05). IgA concentration in stomach contents of 7-day-old and 14-day-old neonates in the experiment groupwas significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.01). While IgA concentrations in serum and feces showed anincreasing trend, there was no significant difference between the experimental and control group (P > 0.05). These findings lead to the conclusion that maternal lutein supplementation can enhance immune function in newborn mice.
