摘　　要：随着跆拳道运动的不断发展,跆拳道品势教学已经越来越多的受到学校体育教育的重视,不少教师和教练员开始着手学习和研究跆拳道品势教学的方法,但是由于时间和工作方面的压力,很多教师都没有进行过系统的培训和学习,跆拳道品势课程教学方法的不是纸上谈兵,这需要经过长期的教学研究,不断地总结积累才能做到系统而有效,当然面对不同的人群还需要因人而异区别对待。文章根据自身长期教学和训练总结了一套跆拳道品势教学的方法,以此来为跆拳道品势教学提供参考。With the continuous development of Taekwondo, Taekwondo Poomsae teaching has got more and more attention in school physical education. Many teachers and coaches begin to study and analyze teaching methods about the Taekwondo Poomsae.However, many teachers have not been trained systematically because of the pressure from time and work. Taekwondo Poomsae teaching methods have to go through a long-time studying and summarizing in order to be systematic and effective. Different people should be treated differently. This paper discusses a set of teaching methods about the Taekwondo Poomsae according to the author’s long-time teaching experience to provide a reference for Taekwondo Poomsae teaching.
