宁夏普通高校体育教育专业武术普修课教学内容改革研究

摘　　要：文章通过文献资料法和访谈法,对宁夏三所普通高校体育教育专业的武术普修课内容进行调查研究,发现理论内容课时较少且不全面、技术内容陈旧、考试体系比较落后,提出引进武术段位制内容,考试与考段相结合的优化措施。The article through the literature method and interview method, does the survey of three colleges and universities sports education professionals in Ningxia about Wushu class content, finds that there is less hours of theory content class and not comprehensive, old technical content, outdated exam system, and puts forward the introduction of wushu rank content, the optimization measures combining examination and Duan test.
