摘  要:以市售纸杯奶茶的外包装为研究对象,采用高效液相色谱法,对其中DMP,DEP,DBP3种邻苯二甲酸酯进行测定。建立超声-微波协同萃取与DAD检测方法,采用单因素试验确定提取条件:以甲醇为提取剂,在220w功率、料液比1:100条件下萃取7min;确定了色谱条件为:采用VenusilXBPC18(4.6*250mm,5μm)色谱柱,检测器:DAD,检测波长224nm,柱温30℃;以甲醇和水为流动相,其中甲醇:水=25:75(V/V),流速1.0mL/min,进样量10μL,采用等梯度洗脱程序,运行时间20min。结果表明,该方法准确可靠,测定值的相对标准偏差RSD(n=5)为1.8%~2.8%,其回收率在86.25%~92.5%之间,可用于纸质包装材料中邻苯二甲酸酯的检测。The outer paper packaging cups of commercial milky tea were considered as the research subject, from which three kinds of phthalates DMP, DEP, DBP were determined, using high performance liquid chromatography. The methods of ultrasonicmicrowave synergistic extraction and DAD detection were established, and single factor experiments were used to determine the extraction conditions: using methanol as extraction agent, power:220W, material-to-liquid ratio:1:100, extraction time:7min.The chromatographic conditions were as follow:using Venusil XBP C18 (4.6*250mm, 5 m)column, detector:DAD , the detection wavelength:224nm, the column temperature:30℃; using methanol and water as mobile phase: methanol:water =25:75(V/V), flow rate:1.0mL/min, sample volume:10 L, using gradient elution procedure, operation time:20min. The results indicated that:the method was accurate and reliable, the relative standard deviation RSD (n=6)of the estimated values were among 1.8% to 2.8%, the recoveries were among 86.25% to 92.5%, and it can be used for detection of phthalic acid esters in paper packaging materials.
