大学生创业心理资本影响因素模型构建:基于扎根理论的研究

摘　　要：大学生创业问题近年来愈发被媒体所关注,本文就大学生创业心理资本问题,运用扎根理论研究了大学生创业心理资本的影响因素并构建了模型。在扎根理论的三级编码中,本文分别得出了91个原始语句、23个范畴和8个主范畴。并针对构建的模型给出了高校对大学生创业支持的对策建议。The media concern university students' innovative undertaking more and more recent years. This paper focus on psychological capital of university students' innovative undertaking,using grounded theory to study the influence factors of university students' innovative undertaking and then building a model. In the progress of three-level encoding,we got 91 original statements,23 categories and 8 main categories. And under the model we built,we gave some suggestions to university to support university students' innovative undertaking. The last part of the paper is limitation and future study.
