摘  要:教育要因材施教,教学方法要人而异,教师在决定教什么、如何教时要考虑学生的需求、兴趣、目标及认知规律,要从大学生的学情出发注重启发、引导、鼓励等方法的运用,这样才能有效地做到"教"与"学"的转换,变"要我学"成为"我要学"。本文以海南大学应用科技学院本科生学情调查为出发点,以访谈的形式对本科学生在学习信念、课堂体验、学习方式、学校适应、学习收获方面的表现进行调查,提出开展培养学生自主学习意识和自我规划能力的实践活动、教师教学观念的转换,与时俱进,教学相长等一系列的看法,希望对我国教育事业的发展有所裨益。It is necessary and significant to educate students according to their aptitude. Apparently,teaching methods vary with each individual. The teachers should consider what to teach and how to teach to meet the students' needs interests,goals and cognitive law.From where the students stand,the teachers should pay more attention to adopt suitable methods such like inspiring,guiding and encouraging the students so as to effectively achieve transformation of "teaching"and "learning". At the same time,changing the thought of "I have to learn" into "I want to learn".Based on the Applied Science and Technology College of HainanUniversity undergraduates' learning situation investigation,we analyzethe performance of the undergraduates in the form of interview in the learning beliefs,classroom experience,learning style,school adjustment and learning harvest.We propose to conduct all kinds of activities about improving the students' autonomous learning consciousness and self-planning ability. And we propose a series of views such as transforming the teacher's teaching ideas,advancing with the times and teaching benefits the teachers as well as the students and so on. We hope to make a contribution to the development of the education of China.
