摘　　要：本文描述一门新开通识课程创建体系的主要内容,分享了《生活中的高分子材料》教学方法。想要达到教与学的良好融合,既要提高教师的教学修养,更要充分调动学生的参与积极性。几轮教学实践表明:学生学习兴趣高、教学效果良好。This article shared both main teaching content of course construction and practice in one general education course:Polymer Materials in Our Daily Life. To promote the effective integration between teaching and learning,teachers should improve teaching accomplishment actively and methods are further needed to enhance students' enthusiasm& interest in participation of studying well. Teaching practice during the past semesters shows that students had high learning interest and teaching effect was good.
