摘  要:目的了解PBL教学法应用于儿内科神经系统疾病实习过程中的意义。方法将2013年7月~2015年7月的临床医学本科实习生40名,随机分为对照组20人和实验组20人,对照组采用传统教学法,实验组采取PBL教学法,根据考试、操作等成绩来评价教学效果。结果实验组理论成绩、操作考核成绩及病例分析等方面优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学法应用于实习阶段,能有效提高教学质量。Objective To understand the significance of the application of PBL teaching method in the practice of neurological diseases.Methods:40students were selected randomly from2013-2015batch and are divided into two groups,practice group and contrast group.The PBL teachingmethod was adopted inpractice group and traditional teaching method was used in contrast group.According to the examination,operation andother results to evaluate the teaching effect.Results The average score of practice group was higher than contrast group,The difference was statisticallysignificant.Conclusion PBL teaching method can effectively improve the quality of clinical practice.
