高职院校系部秘书职业规划与发展路径探析

摘　　要：在任何一所高职院校中，系部都起到十分关键的作用，系部也就是指高职院校中教学、科研、行政等很多工作的基层办学部门，是高职院校各个政策的落实之处。高职院校系部秘书也就是系部行政管理的工作人员，因此，高职院校系部秘书的工作执行力以及个人能力，直接影响着系部乃至整个高职院校的各项工作的实施。高职院校系部秘书需要具备自身工作意识、职业精神和能力以及工作执行力。本文主要分析当今各高职院校系部秘书工作中存在的不足以及如何解决这些问题、研究高职院校系部秘书这一职业的职业规划和发展路径。in any vocational colleges,the Department has played a very important role,the Department also refersto the teaching,scientific research and administration in Higher Vocational Colleges in the primary school a lot of workdepartments,various vocational colleges implement the policy.Higher vocational colleges is the administrative departmentof general staff,therefore,higher vocational colleges secretarial work execution and individual ability,directly affect theimplementation of the work of the Department and the whole of Higher Vocational colleges.
