摘　　要：对MOOC的基本概念进行阐述和分析,对军内外MOOC的研究现状进行分析和研究,指出MOOC教学对海军院校教育的有益影响,以及当前海军院校MOOC教学存在的一些问题。The development of MOOC has attracted more and moreattention than before,the paper explains the basic idea and the impactof the MOOC.The present circumstantiality for MOOC is also illustratedand analyzed in the paper.And the positive impact for the army college of MOOC and the present problems are also illustratedin the last.
